Rankforce combines three AI agents, a content engine, and flexible trust controls to automate SEO, GEO, and AEO optimizations across your WordPress or Framer site. Whether you’re just evaluating the platform or already running campaigns, the answers below cover the questions our users ask most often.

Getting started

Yes. The Starter plan is completely free and does not require a credit card to sign up. It connects one site and gives you access to all three AI agents — the SEO Optimization Agent, GEO Visibility Agent, and AEO Schema Agent — so you can run a full audit and review recommendations before committing to a paid plan.To create your free account, visit rankforce.co/register. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from your account settings.
Rankforce currently supports WordPress (version 5.0 or higher, PHP 7.4 or higher) and Framer sites. Both platforms are supported through dedicated plugins that let the AI agents read your content, push optimizations, and verify results after changes are applied.Support for additional CMS platforms is on the roadmap. If you’re using a platform not yet supported, contact the team to register your interest or ask about an API-based integration.
No. Rankforce is built for marketers, content teams, and site owners who want powerful optimization without writing code. Installing the plugin takes a few minutes, and the agents surface recommendations in plain language with clear explanations of why each change matters. If you want deeper control — such as writing custom prompts, adjusting crawl priorities, or integrating via API — those options are available, but they are entirely optional. Most users get meaningful results without touching a single technical setting.

Agents & optimization

Initial audit times depend on the size of your site. A typical site with fewer than 50 pages completes its first audit within 5–15 minutes. Larger sites with hundreds of pages may take up to an hour as the agents crawl content, evaluate keyword coverage, analyze structured data, and assess local or generative search visibility. You’ll receive an in-dashboard notification when the audit is complete. You can also trigger a manual re-audit at any time from the site overview page — useful after you’ve published significant new content or made bulk changes.
Only if you explicitly allow them to. Rankforce’s Safe Autopilot system gives you three trust levels:
  • Manual — Agents surface recommendations, but nothing is applied until you approve each change individually.
  • Supervised — Agents apply low-risk changes automatically (such as meta tag updates and schema additions) and queue higher-impact changes for your review.
  • Full Autopilot — Agents apply all recommended changes automatically, with a full audit log and one-click rollback available at any time.
The default trust level for new sites is Manual, so no changes will ever be made without your explicit approval until you decide to change it.
Yes. Rankforce lets you designate any page as a protected page, which completely excludes it from automated changes. Protected pages are still audited and included in your SEO score, but agents will never apply changes to them — not even in Full Autopilot mode. You can mark a page as protected from the page-level settings inside your site dashboard. Common candidates include your homepage, legal pages (privacy policy, terms of service), and any pages managed by a separate team or external agency.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) focuses on improving your rankings in traditional search engine results pages — primarily Google and Bing — by optimizing content relevance, technical structure, and authority signals.GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is a newer discipline focused on making your content visible and citable inside AI-generated answers — such as those in Google’s AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar tools. These systems don’t just rank pages; they synthesize answers from content they trust. GEO helps ensure your brand, products, and expertise are the sources those systems draw from.Rankforce’s GEO Visibility Agent specifically targets this layer: it evaluates how well your content is structured for AI ingestion, identifies authoritative claim gaps, and recommends changes that increase the likelihood of your site being cited in generated responses.
Rankforce can audit and optimize pages in languages other than English, and the AI agents are capable of generating and evaluating content across major languages. However, the platform interface itself is currently available in English only. For multilingual WordPress sites using plugins like WPML or Polylang, the agents treat each language variant as a separate page and will optimize them individually. Full first-class multilingual workflow support — including cross-language keyword mapping and hreflang recommendations — is planned for a future release. Check the Rankforce site for the latest updates.

Safety & trust

Yes. Every change applied by an agent is logged in the Audit Log (Dashboard → Autopilot → Audit Log) with a full before-and-after diff. You can roll back any individual change with a single click, restoring the exact previous version of that field or content block.
Rollback history retention depends on your plan. The Starter plan has limited log retention, so older changes may no longer be available for rollback. Growth and Scale plans include extended rollback history. If rollback is unavailable for a specific change, the audit log entry will indicate why.
A protected page is any page you’ve explicitly marked as off-limits for automated optimization. Agents will audit protected pages and include them in your overall SEO score and recommendations report, but they will never apply changes to a protected page — regardless of your trust level setting. This is different from simply setting your site to Manual mode. In Manual mode, changes are queued for approval but can still target any page. Protection is page-level and absolute: it overrides trust level settings entirely.
