Rankforce is designed to get you from sign-up to your first applied optimization in a single session. The steps below walk you through creating your account, connecting your site, running an AI-powered audit, understanding your results, and taking your first action — whether that’s approving a single fix or switching on Autopilot for a fully automated workflow.
1

Create your Rankforce account

Head to rankforce.co/register and sign up with your email address or Google account. After verifying your email, you’ll land on the onboarding screen where you can name your workspace and choose your plan.

Starter

Free forever. Supports one connected site with manual optimization approvals and full access to all three AI agents.

Growth

$49/month. Supports up to three sites, unlocks Safe Autopilot, and adds Google Search Console and Google Analytics integrations.

Scale

Custom pricing. Unlimited sites, agency dashboard, white-label reporting, and priority support. Contact sales from the pricing page.
You can start on the Starter plan and upgrade at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing. All your connected sites and audit history carry over when you upgrade.
2

Connect your first site

After completing onboarding, the dashboard prompts you to add your first site. Click Add Site and choose your platform.
  • WordPress — Rankforce provides a native WordPress plugin. You’ll be guided to install it directly from your WordPress admin panel, or you can download it from the Rankforce dashboard and upload it manually. Once the plugin is active, paste your unique API key (found in Settings → API Keys) into the plugin settings and click Authorize.
  • Framer — Open your Framer project, navigate to Plugins, search for “Rankforce,” and install it. When prompted, sign in with your Rankforce credentials to complete the authorization handshake.
The connection is confirmed as soon as the dashboard shows your site with a green Connected status badge. Rankforce immediately begins crawling your site structure in the background.
For a full walkthrough of both connection methods, including how to verify your connection and troubleshoot common issues, see the Connecting Your Site guide.
3

Run your first site audit

Once your site is connected, open it from the dashboard and click Run Audit. Rankforce queues a full-site analysis that passes every indexed page through all three AI agents simultaneously — the SEO Optimization Agent, the GEO Visibility Agent, and the AEO Schema Agent.Audit duration depends on the size of your site. Most sites under 100 pages complete in two to four minutes. You’ll receive an in-app notification and an email when the audit finishes.
You can continue navigating the dashboard while the audit runs. Rankforce processes pages in parallel, so larger sites don’t require you to wait idle — results populate incrementally as each page is scored.
4

Review your audit findings

When the audit completes, the dashboard surfaces four headline metrics for your site:
MetricWhat it tells you
Pages AnalyzedTotal number of pages the agents reviewed in this audit cycle.
Avg SEO ScoreYour site’s mean on-page SEO health score out of 100, aggregated across all analyzed pages.
Fixes AppliedNumber of optimizations already applied, either by Autopilot or from previous manual approvals.
Pending ApprovalsOptimizations the agents have queued and are waiting for your review before applying.
Drill into any page to see the full breakdown. Each finding is categorized by agent (SEO, GEO, or AEO), assigned a priority level (Critical, High, Medium, Low), and accompanied by a plain-English explanation of why the change matters and what impact you can expect.
Pages marked Critical by the SEO Optimization Agent typically have missing or duplicate title tags and meta descriptions — issues that can directly suppress your rankings. Address these first before moving on to GEO or AEO recommendations.
The GEO Visibility Agent flags passages that are likely to be skipped by AI models when generating citations, and suggests rewrites that improve quotability. The AEO Schema Agent lists every schema type your pages are missing and generates the exact markup needed to fill each gap.
5

Approve your first optimization or enable Autopilot

You’re now ready to act on your findings. Rankforce gives you two ways to apply optimizations.Option A — Approve individually: Open any pending recommendation, review the before/after diff, and click Approve. The agent writes the change directly to your page — updating the field in your SEO plugin, injecting schema into your page head, or publishing the revised content block — without you touching your CMS.Option B — Enable Safe Autopilot (Growth and Scale plans): Go to Site Settings → Autopilot and toggle Safe Autopilot on. The agents will begin applying high-confidence, low-risk fixes automatically — typically meta descriptions, schema additions, and internal link inserts — and will continue routing higher-impact changes to your Pending Approvals queue.
If you’re new to Rankforce, approving your first five to ten recommendations manually is a great way to build confidence in the agent’s judgment before switching to Autopilot. Each approval also improves the agent’s understanding of your content preferences.
After your first approvals are applied, return to the dashboard and click Re-audit to see your updated SEO Score and confirm the fixes are live. Most sites see a measurable score improvement within the first audit cycle.
